ENROLLMENT POLICIES

TUITION

Tuition will be automatically drafted on the first of each month to your credit card on file. Declined payments will result in a $35 late fee if not resolved by the 5th of the month. Monthly tuition payments are required regardless of absences including extended vacations or illness.

MAKEUP CLASSES

Students can make up missed classes within one month of the absence. Please select a class that is age/level appropriate.

CLASS PLACEMENT

Carolina Dance Center offers a carefully structured progression of levels for students ages 2 through adult. We will do our best to assist you in choosing an appropriate class level; however, faculty members will evaluate each student within the first month and make changes as necessary.

CLASS WITHDRAWAL

Please email Carolina Dance Center at info@carolinadancecenter.com in order to withdraw a student from class. Full tuition is still required for the month in which the student withdraws.

EMAILED NOTIFICATION FOR CLASS WITHDRAWAL IS MANDATORY!
